In less than 48 hours, many of you will be voting in your state’s primary. We want you to vote for Mike Huckabee! On Saturday afternoon Yana and Michael saw Gov. Huckabee in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and were so impressed by him that we decided not just to vote for him but to SUPPORT HIS CAMPAIGN!
We believe that all Christians should vote for Gov. Huckabee. As believers, we should only vote for people who stand for what is important to us: family, freedom (especially of religion), the right to life, and national security. ONLY Mike Huckabee stands for what we believe in. We are concerned that many believers are considering voting for people like McCain or Romney or Paul (or, for that matter, Obama or Clinton) because they sometimes say nice things about core personal issues. The difference is that the other candidates usually say these things to please a certain crowd or to go with the prevailing poll data. After meeting Gov. Huckabee yesterday, we know that he speaks from his convictions and personal character. Only Gov. Huckabee is worthy of holding the office of President of the United States.
MAKE TIME TO VOTE ON TUESDAY! As a new citizen, Yana will be casting her first vote for Mike Huckabee. Michael hopes her first vote is as exciting and successful as his first vote, which was cast in the 1980 Republican primary for another former governor, Ronald Reagan of California!
